Please provide us with a copy of your dog's medical records including vaccinations and any updates that need to be made to your dog's file with us.
Make sure that your dog meets our requirements:
At least 6 months old.
If over a year old, MUST be spayed/neutered
Negative fecal & Giardia test.
Up to date and have had the FULL SERIES of all vaccines including: DHPP/DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus), Rabies, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough).
Must be on some form of flea/tick prevention (if fleas or ticks are found on your dog, we will ask that you immediately come pick them up).
Must pass a full day evaluation test on first day.
If boarding, dog must pass first day evaluation and satisfactorily attend 2 additional days of daycare. (We are a daycare facility primarily and must assure that your dog can acclimate to the environment)
